Case 14-19 – Scott & Kathleen Boulanger, 73 Portland Avenue, request variances to allow a permitted public parking on an existing private lot.
Case 14-25 – Umars, LLC, 281 Shore Road, requests variances to allow construction of a 50’ x 50’ (2,500 s.f.) new convenience store, new pump island with canopy 36’x46’ (1,656 s.f.) and related site improvements – CONTINUED TO JANUARY 20, 2015
IV. Public Hearings:
Case 14-26C – Warren E. Hannas, 9-1 Halls Road, requests variances to allow replacement and enlargement of steps leading from existing structure to the existing terrace, construction of a dormer and a change to the pitch of the roof on the west side which is located on property without road frontage – WITHDRAWN
Case 14-27C – Roseanne & Richard Tynan, 68 Sea View Road, request variances to allow reconstruction of an existing two story structure which will be elevated to comply with FEMA base flood elevation 19.0 for a new code-complying V-zone foundation.
Case 14-28 – Marisa Hartman, 5 Cord Grass Lane, requests variances to allow a 10’ x 12’ shed for storage.
Case 14-29 – Salvatore & Carol Cancelliere, 59 Center Beach Avenue, request variances to allow a 14’ x 24’ shed for storage within the sideyard setback.
